Health-inspection information is provided "as is," sourced from official city and county open-data programs. That data may be delayed, incomplete, corrected, or unavailable, and grading systems differ between jurisdictions.
NearlyEaten does not inspect restaurants, does not create or verify grades, and is not affiliated with any government agency. The app is an informational tool and is not a substitute for official records or your own judgment. Always confirm important details directly with the restaurant or the issuing authority. A "No inspection data" label simply means we have no matching record and implies nothing about a restaurant.
You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information and don't misuse others' accounts.
NearlyEaten offers an optional paid "Pro" tier. Purchases are processed and billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. Prices are shown before purchase. Manage or cancel through your app-store account; refunds are handled by the app stores per their policies.
The app, its design, and its branding are owned by My Echo Path LLC. Underlying inspection data remains the property of the respective government sources. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the app.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Echo Path LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on information in the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the prior 12 months.
We may update the app or these Terms; material changes will be noted by revising the date above. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which My Echo Path LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
